Shipping policy

When

Kerskind is sold as a pre-order. We ship your box as soon as possible, and you'll receive an email when it has shipped. All boxes will be shipped before the end of November 2026.

Nationwide

We deliver to street addresses anywhere in South Africa with The Courier Guy. Delivery usually takes a few working days after shipping; outlying areas can take longer. We don't ship outside South Africa. Cost: a flat R120 per order, anywhere in South Africa.

Stellenbosch schools

Free delivery to your child's school in Stellenbosch. Choose school delivery at checkout and add your child's name, grade and school in the order note, and we'll take the box to the school.

If something goes wrong

If your box hasn't arrived within 7 working days of the shipping email, or arrives damaged, email hallo@kerskind.co.za and we'll sort it out.
