Refund policy

Pre-orders

You pay in full when you order. You can cancel any time before your box is dispatched and we'll refund the full amount, including delivery. Email hallo@kerskind.co.za with your order number.

After your box arrives: 7-day cooling-off

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel within 7 days of receiving your box, for any reason and without penalty. Let us know by email, then return the box unused, complete and in its original packaging. You pay only the direct cost of sending it back to us.

Faulty or damaged

If anything arrives damaged, missing or faulty, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, and we pay the courier. This doesn't limit your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, including the right to return defective goods within six months.

Refunds

We refund to the payment method you used, within 30 days of cancellation, usually much sooner.
